Lois O. Todd
Lois O. Todd, 83, died July 30, 2009, at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro. The Tattnall County native had resided in Evans County since her marriage to Elton Rudolph Todd (who is now deceased). She was a homemaker, and helped her husband with their rental property. She loved to work in her flower garden and take care of her dog.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Elton Rickey and Sharon Todd of Claxton; two daughters, Gail T. Stubbs of Glennville and Linda Todd of Claxton; two sisters, Betty Dasher and Ruth Geiger, both of Glennville; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 3, at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Bull Creek Church Cemetery.
