Wayne Boyette
Wayne Curtis Boyette, age 59, of Welborn, Florida, died peacefully on Monday, October 26, 2009, at the Shands University of Florida Medical Center in Gainesville after an extended illness. He was born in Savannah, living most of his life in Suwanee County. He was an automobile mechanic until ill health forced his retirement. He was preceded in death by his father, Bernice Boyette.
He is survived by: his mother, Bertie Mae Boyette of Welborn, Florida; significant other, Peggy Troutman; daughter, Desiree Layton of Graceville, Florida; son, Lucan Boyette of Middleburg, Florida; brother, Darrell Boyette of Lake Butler, Florida; sister, Patricia Ann Murphy of Miami, Florida; and two grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services were held Saturday, October 31, from the Beards Creek Church Cemetery in Glennville.
Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home of Reidsville, Georgia, was in charge of local arrangements.
